Carsen gave his first talk in primary a few weeks ago. When the Primary President invited him to sit up front with the rest of the children participating, he tried to climb up to the pulpit and informed her: "I just need to give my talk." After a few minutes of waiting, he got his chance.Travis and I sat in the back and at first Carsen just stood up there with his arms folded and a big grin on his face. I ran up to coax him along, but instead of wanting my support and help, he whispered repeatedly (into the microphone of course) for me to go sit down. After I was seated with the rest of sunbeams, he began and finished with little prompting. It was super cute.
PS- I'm sorry that Carsen seems to always have a bruise on his forehead. We do keep track of him...

what a cute little stud! I'm happy that he got his chance to finally get to give a talk. What a cute little family you have. When is that little one supposed to show up? I am way excited and happy for you guys. We miss you! We never got you and your cute family to come and enjoy dinner with us. I guess we'll have to do it back in Rexburg one of these days!
